74 19 new patents were registered in the first half of 2011 2011-08-05
 
In the first half of 2011, nineteen patents were newly registered worldwide. Classified by country, six patents were registered in Korea, three in China, six in the United States, three in Japan and one in Taiwan. Classified by application, six patents belong to the Optical Pointing Device, whereas thirteen patents are related with the Touch Input Device. With this achievement, ATLab Inc. has possessed nearly 200 patents where 145 patents in Optical Pointing Device and 51 patents in the Touch Input device. (85 in Korea, 43 in China, 30 in the United States, 3 in Japan and 38 in Taiwan).



This patent strength will enable ATLab to have technological superiority against fierce competition among competitors, to rev up licensing business based on IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and to aggressively plan overseas marketing and sales as well.
